Batch File Mover and Copier finds every file that matches what you ask for and moves, copies or recycles all of them at once. ## Three steps Step 1: pick the folder to search, with or without its subfolders, and any folders to leave out. Step 2: say what to look for. Step 3: fine tune, then click Start Search. Matches stack up in the in-tray, with the count and total size printed on its label. ## Find exactly the right files Search by name, with \* and ? wildcards. Search by the text inside a file, including PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. Pick a kind of file, from documents and pictures to archives, code, folders or your own list of extensions. Pick by the date a file was created, modified or last opened, or by its size. ## Trays for where they go Click the Move to tray or the Copy to tray to choose a folder, then click Move Files or Copy Files. Delete Files sends them to the Recycle Bin. Nothing is ever overwritten: a file with the same name is kept beside the new one, or skipped if you prefer. Untick any file to leave it out. ## Rules that run themselves Save a search as a named rule, like Old invoices to Archive, and switch it to run by itself. New matches go into the tray as they arrive, even with the window closed. The app waits in the notification area, starts with Windows while a rule is on, and waits for a download to finish before it moves anything. A notification tells you what moved. ## Undo Moved the wrong files? Undo puts the last move back where it was, takes back the last copy, or brings deleted files back from the Recycle Bin. It keeps the last 20, so you can go back one at a time.
