## About My Hourly Day Planner

My Hourly Day Planner lays out your day one hour at a time, the way a paper planner does, and reminds you when each hour comes.

## Your day, hour by hour

Every hour of the day sits on a ruled page. Click an hour to write in it, and set how long it lasts, a tag and a reminder. A red line marks the time right now, and the planner opens at the hour you are in. Tick entries off as you go, or drag one to another hour.

## Type it the way you'd say it

Type "dentist thursday 3pm for an hour" and the planner shows how it read you before anything is added: the day, the time, the reminder, and the hour it will land in. Repeat an entry with "every weekday" or "every Mon, Wed and Fri", and add a tag with a #word.

## Fill my day

List your to-dos with rough times, like "report 2h, email 30m, call Jo 15m". Fill my day places them in the free time inside your work hours, around the meetings and plans already on the page. A long task that fits nowhere whole is split into parts. Anything that does not fit stays in the box for you to place.

## A reminder when the hour comes

Reminders pop up as Windows notifications, at the entry's time or 5 to 30 minutes early. The planner waits in the notification area and can start with Windows, so reminders reach you even with the window closed.

## See where your week went

Tag entries as meetings, deep work, personal or errands, or make your own tag with a #word. The week strip shows how many hours each day holds, colored by tag, and your top three totals for the week.

## Bring in your calendar

Import an .ics file exported from Outlook or Google. Its events sit in their hours, repeating ones included, and Fill my day plans around them.

## Move it to tomorrow

Didn't get to something? One click moves every unfinished entry to the next day. Any change can be undone with Ctrl+Z.

## Your plans come with you

Everything you planned in the earlier version of the app is still there.
